Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, provide solutions, and make a positive impact on their lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via phone, providing solutions and support for various topics, including pet care and product inquiries
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed
  • Operating with empathy, patience, and kindness, providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborating with teammates and management using virtual tools, contributing to a customer-centric culture
  • Continuously learning and developing skills, with ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Canadian French (Quebecois) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change
  • Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and navigation
  • High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements to perform your job duties, you will need to have:

  • Reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed)
  • Work area must be large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions
  • Cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication
