About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer support channels, creating tech support tickets, and sharing customer feedback. You'll also escalate issues and help with daily tasks, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

* Manage customer support channels, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Create tech support tickets and share customer feedback to help improve our product and services
  • Escalate issues to senior team members and help with daily tasks to ensure seamless customer support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and services to provide expert support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our support processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English with excellent communication skills

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer support
  • Autonomous and able to take initiative, with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Comfortable with change and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Previous customer support experience (a plus, but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment

  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
