Job Description
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding support and find personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those booking air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Providing accurate information about bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
* Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Flexible and dynamic with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
