Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer support team. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, analyzing customer and service performance data to identify areas for improvement, and developing and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing customer and service performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business, logistics, or customer service
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer complaints and issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a logistics or transportation company
  • Knowledge of government regulations and company policies related to customer service and logistics
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Fluency in multiple languages
