Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant on our Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Achieving a first-call resolution rate of 90-95% for client inquiries, demonstrating your ability to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication.
  • Providing support for a range of client inquiries, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively, ensuring that clients receive timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your technical acumen and customer service skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies is preferred, but not required.
  • The ability to develop technical acumen and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong client-facing orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on resolving client concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
