What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, industry trends, and best practices in customer support
  • Working with sensitive customer information, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to data protection policies
  • Collaborating with developers, other departments, and stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of arenaflex's clients' products and services, staying informed about updates, and providing expert advice to customers

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry, with a deep understanding of the space and its nuances
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Nice to Have

* Experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles

  • Experience in the crypto/finance industry, with a deep understanding of the space and its complexities
