Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk (Help Desk Support) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Submit tickets into our ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues
  • Email responses to customers to ensure that they receive exceptional customer service and are kept informed of the status of their tickets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide additional support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in ticketing systems and customer relationship management software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or ServiceNow

  • Knowledge of I.T. Help Desk principles and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or technical support, such as CompTIA or ITIL
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and software as a service (SaaS) platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
