Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Remote Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance via chat and email to arenaflex subscribers, ensuring an exceptional support experience for our streaming customers. You'll be the front-line contact for resolving billing concerns, account issues, service inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to arenaflex customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely, empathetic, and efficient manner.

  • Assist users with account issues, billing inquiries, login errors, content availability, and device compatibility.
  • Provide accurate product information and educate customers on self-help features within the arenaflex platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across a range of devices (Smart TVs, mobile apps, streaming devices).
  • Escalate complex cases to internal technical or billing teams when necessary.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and resolution rates.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to continuously improve customer experience and internal processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex offerings, promotions, policies, and troubleshooting workflows.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills with a clear and professional tone.

  • Comfortable using online chat and email platforms for customer interaction.
  • Ability to multitask between systems, documents, and chat/email windows effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with streaming services, smart devices, and mobile applications.
  • A quiet and distraction-free work-from-home setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or digital support role.

  • Prior experience using help desk or CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • Experience in a media or subscription-based service environment is advantageous but not required.
