Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor while assisting clients with product information, troubleshooting, and account management
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless support and contribute to a positive customer experience

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your role will be to provide timely and effective support, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with the support they receive.

Contract Length and Rate:

This is a part-time, remote position with no fixed term contract. You will be paid $35 per hour, providing you with a competitive rate for your skills and experience.

Skills and Background Needed:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection

Hours per Week and Location:

You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed. This is a remote position, and we prefer candidates based in the United States.
