Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems, would be highly beneficial. Spanish bilingual skills are also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly rate: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and performance
