About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Customer Value Creation, North America, you will play a pivotal role in driving arenaflex's growth and success by developing and implementing a global strategy to deliver unmatched value to our buyers and sellers. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting and onboarding new sellers, expanding the reach and sales of existing sellers, and improving customer and seller experiences across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy to deliver unmatched value to arenaflex's buyers and sellers, driving growth and revenue through innovative solutions and initiatives.

  • Orchestrate efforts to attract and onboard new sellers, while also finding opportunities to expand the reach and sales of existing sellers, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Customer Experience (GCX), Business Units (BU), Product, and Technology to improve customer and seller experiences, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with arenaflex's overall vision.
  • Serve as the voice of our customers and sellers, integrating their needs into strategic decisions and driving customer-centric initiatives that drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Business Units, Marketing, Trust, and GCX to build solutions that improve seller engagement and customer satisfaction, leveraging data analytics and market research to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team passionate about customer value creation and seller growth, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to supervise and analyze the impact of customer value and seller growth initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer-centric and seller growth initiatives with measurable impact.

  • More than 5 years of leadership experience managing large high-performing teams, with a strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical skills to guide strategy and decision-making using data, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing at all levels, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and functions, with a global perspective and a deep understanding of commerce and market trends.
  • Extensive experience at arenaflex or another marketplace platform is preferred, and a deep understanding of commerce is required.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data analytics and market research tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including our platform, marketplace, and customer-facing tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business development.
