Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you provide services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
• Creatively problem-solving to address customer needs and provide sound solutions
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Providing a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the programs you choose to participate in. arenaflex offers a variety of programs with varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

• Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
