Job Overview

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing a voice and text-based chatbot using platforms such as Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
• Integrating the chatbot with Office 365 Outlook Calendar using Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate.
• Implementing natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to accurately interpret and respond to user inputs.
• Developing and maintaining conversational flows and ensuring the chatbot provides accurate and helpful responses.
• Testing, debugging, and refining the chatbot to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the team to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver a high-quality product.
• Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and improving the chatbot's performance based on user feedback and interaction data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in developing AI chatbots with voice and text capabilities.
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms such as Voiceflow.
• Strong understanding of NLU and experience with platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar.
• Experience with API integrations, particularly Microsoft Graph API.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Twilio or Vonage for voice capabilities.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:

• Experience with Office 365 services and ecosystem.
• Familiarity with other AI and machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of UX design principles for conversational interfaces.
