Job Summary

As a Customer Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for providing strategic business insights to our Customer Facing Team, driving customer centricity, and delivering high-quality analysis to inform sales and campaign action planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify value-added customer insights, develop actionable recommendations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's business objectives, customer needs, and market trends

  • Provide strategic business insights to the Customer Facing Team, driving customer centricity and informing sales and campaign action planning
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify value-added customer insights, develop actionable recommendations, and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of customer analytics

Requirements

* University degree with emphasis on business analysis or a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an analytics business function, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sources and business model
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
