Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their issues and concerns, providing support and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for documenting call-related information, maintaining and updating customer information, and upselling current customers on new or enhanced services. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Document call-related information, including customer interactions and resolutions
  • Maintain and update customer information, including contact details and service history
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and rapport-building
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
