Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer interactions, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience in a remote sales environment

  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as email marketing software or sales intelligence platforms
