Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product information and support to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and chat platforms
