Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Care Representative I to join our remote team in Virginia, Maryland, or North Carolina. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, or fax, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide quality customer service by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform account maintenance, match products to customers' needs, and proactively analyze callers' needs to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilize standard screens, scripts, and procedures to handle callers' needs effectively, and go beyond these methods when necessary to resolve complex customer issues
  • Navigate our computerized system to address and resolve callers' issues efficiently
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing arenaflex operations, including compliance with our BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team

Organizational Relationship

This position reports to a Customer Contact Center Supervisor, who will provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure your success in this role.

Position Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; previous call center experience preferred

  • Fluent Spanish language skills may be required as identified; proficiency in English is also essential
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think analytically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers
  • Well-organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to adjust to changing business needs and priorities
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficient computer skills relevant to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to navigate our computerized system efficiently

The salary for this position will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan or a discretionary profit-sharing bonus program.
