We're now seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Inside Sales and Customer Success Manager to lead our inside sales and customer success teams across the US and UK, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As our Global Inside Sales and Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing Inside Sales teams to achieve revenue, retention, and engagement targets. You'll oversee sales operations, pipeline management, and consultative selling practices, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with arenaflex. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and Developing High-Performing Teams: Lead and develop high-performing Inside Sales teams to achieve revenue, retention, and engagement targets. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members grow and succeed.
  • Sales Operations and Pipeline Management: Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, and consultative selling practices to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with arenaflex.
  • CRM Optimization and Data Analysis: Optimize CRM usage and leverage data analytics to improve forecasting and visibility, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the insights and tools they need to succeed.
  • Customer Onboarding and Support: Ensure successful customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with arenaflex.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Collaborate across global teams to align on customer needs and product solutions, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and consistent experience across regions.
  • Distributor Relationships and International Partner Programs: Manage distributor relationships and support international partner programs, ensuring that our partners are equipped with the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Scalable Processes and Performance Reporting: Establish scalable processes and performance reporting across regions, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the tools and insights they need to succeed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of leadership, sales, and technical skills. Here are some of the qualifications we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as sales, customer success, or support leadership.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Support Leadership: 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or support leadership, preferably in the proAV or technology sectors.
  • Proven Track Record of Leadership and Business Outcomes: A proven track record of leading distributed teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM Platforms and Data Analysis: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and data analysis.
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Travel Internationally: Ability to travel internationally up to 10–15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Technical Understanding of AV or Related Solutions: Technical understanding of AV or related solutions, with a strong grasp of the latest technologies and trends.
  • Experience Working Across US, UK, and EMEA Markets: Experience working across US, UK, and EMEA markets, with a strong understanding of the regional nuances and requirements.
  • Multilingual Capabilities: Multilingual capabilities, with fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory and Compliance Standards: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards, with a strong understanding of the requirements and best practices.
  • AVIXA CTS or Similar Certifications: AVIXA CTS or similar certifications, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development and industry expertise.
