[Remote] Junior Copywriter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trava Health is a fast-growing telehealth company focused on helping people achieve lasting wellness through personalized, science-backed care. They are seeking a Junior Copywriter who will write and refine copy across various platforms to enhance customer trust, conversion, and brand perception.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for paid ads, landing pages, emails, SMS, and social media
- Support A/B testing efforts by creating multiple copy variations for campaigns and website pages
- Help simplify complex healthcare and wellness topics into language everyday people understand
- Maintain Trava Health’s brand voice: warm, trustworthy, confident, and human
- Collaborate with design, growth, customer service, and leadership teams on campaigns and launches
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, and compliance awareness
- Assist with patient-facing educational content and FAQs
- Use AI writing tools responsibly to increase speed, ideation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human quality control
- Learn from performance data and improve copy based on results
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a writing-focused discipline such as: English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications, Advertising / Copywriting, Public Relations, Marketing (strong writing emphasis)
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Ability to write in multiple tones depending on audience and platform
- Strong curiosity about psychology, persuasion, branding, and consumer behavior
- Comfortable receiving feedback and revising quickly
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Interest in health, wellness, telehealth, or consumer brands is a plus
- Ego-free and highly coachable
- Sharp thinker who can make writing feel simple and clear
- Understands that good copy is both creative and performance-driven
- Excited by fast growth, experimentation, and building things that matter
- Naturally notices weak messaging and wants to improve it
