Entry-Level Financial Analyst

Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company, specializes in high-quality information technology and business intelligence solutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to provide analytical support across the Finance organization and assist the Tapestry CFO with special projects, blending financial planning and analysis with expense management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare indirect cost spend reports and support analysis of overhead expense trends
  • Track and report new business funds; prepare investment review decks for leadership review
  • Produce and maintain order forecasts in collaboration with product line stakeholders to provide visibility into future revenue and earnings forecasts
  • Organize and facilitate monthly all-finance team meetings in support of the CFO (agenda setting, materials preparation, follow-ups)
  • Lead development of the annual LRBP (Long-Range Business Plan) leadership team briefing package, consolidating inputs and preparing executive-ready deliverables
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed

Skills

  • 1+ years of Excel experience using pivot tables, lookups and creating basic formulas
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience balancing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited course of study
  • Experience with corporate finance systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to dig into data and resolve discrepancies
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
