Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and service-based revenue opportunities across two DEUTZ Power Centers (Georgia, Florida North). This pilot role is ideal for a B2B sales professional experienced in industrial or service-driven environments, skilled in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and may be performed remotely with occasional on-site collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to identify, qualify, and nurture leads across assigned territories

· Manage and track all sales activity within CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records

· Execute structured call scripts while adapting messaging to customer size, needs, and industry segment

· Collaborate closely with Service Sales Managers to coordinate outreach efforts and align with service capacity

· Schedule and prepare qualified appointments for Service Sales Managers, including call notes and lead insights

· Track and report daily activity metrics (calls, connects, leads, conversions) to the Regional Sales Manager

· Share customer feedback and market insights to improve sales messaging and identify new service opportunities

· Other Duties as Assigned

Other Qualifications

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone presence

· Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

· Resilient self-starter comfortable with performance targets and KPIs

· Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred

· Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with distributed teams

Travel Requirements

Anticipated domestic travel is less than 10%

Minimum Requirements

· 1–2 years of B2B inside sales or tele-prospecting experience, ideally within an industrial or service-oriented environment

· Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, pipeline development, and conversion tracking

· Proven ability to meet outbound activity and lead generation goals

Preferred Requirements

· Previous experience supporting fleet services, equipment, or maintenance-related industries

· Familiarity with multi-location or regional sales environments

· Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards or reporting tools to track performance

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
