The Quality Auditor plays a critical role in protecting patient safety, supporting regulatory compliance, and strengthening the organization’s quality infrastructure. • Document audit findings clearly and accurately; prepare comprehensive audit reports and present results, trends, and recommendations to Quality Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support corrective and preventive action plans, process improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Quality Management and Operations teams to improve DMEPOS processes, documentation accuracy, and product quality.
  • Assist with the development, enhancement, and delivery of training materials related to quality standards, audit findings, and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for staff questions related to quality processes, audit requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Support investigations, root cause analyses, and resolution of quality-related issues, including grievances, service delivery concerns, patient safety events, and quality-of-care risks.
  • Participate in maintaining audit readiness and supporting external surveys, inspections, and accreditation reviews as needed.

  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS), audit tools, and data analysis methodologies, preferred.
