What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Building long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the success of our clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex technical issues

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Japanese language skills, with excellent communication and writing abilities
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly resolve complex technical issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to Have

While not essential, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a great plus in this role.
