The Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager for the Centre West Territory, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for arenaflex. You will work closely with our Centre West Territory Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue for arenaflex

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Centre West Territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new sales
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through regular communication, product knowledge, and technical support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure arenaflex remains competitive

Requirements

* Engineering degree in agronomy or a Master 2 degree

  • Good knowledge in agronomy, particularly in crop protection
  • Strong client relation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the agronomy or crop protection industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
