About the Role

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll combine your clinical expertise with strategic customer success responsibilities to ensure our clients achieve measurable outcomes through our innovative solutions. This role requires regular international travel to Tokyo (approximately 2–3 weeks per month), but don't worry – we'll support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships: Establish trust with healthcare staff and operational leaders, acting as a trusted clinical resource.

  • Lead product implementations: Align solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Train nursing teams: Educate healthcare staff on the effective use of arenaflex solutions to ensure adoption and success.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement: Use AI tools to enhance workflows and patient care outcomes, particularly in bedside care and nursing operations.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships: Ensure seamless communication and address operational concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with product, sales, and engineering teams to address client feedback and improve user experiences.
  • Establish metrics for success: Measure patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies.
  • Travel extensively: Visit healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, and participate in strategic in-office sessions in Palo Alto.
  • Share best practices: Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to share insights from AI implementation and present at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

Clinical/exposure experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or related field.

  • Customer success experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
  • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build relationships across an organization, from front-line staff to executives.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency: Japanese and English language proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages.

Nice-to-Have:

AI or technology adoption experience: Experience with AI or technology adoption in healthcare.
