Job Summary

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy team, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving data entry and processing support tasks. Day in the Life

As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
  • Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
  • Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification

Education

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
