Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Workforce Management and Operations

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our Workforce Management and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our leadership team, store managers, and HR partners to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading task groups of experts and partners to drive business outcomes
- Performing data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including store managers, HR partners, and leadership team members
- Communicating complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or operations management role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of business operations, including workforce management, supply chain management, and customer service
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
- Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Service Delivery System) or similar systems
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Certification in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
