Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support, guidance, and solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
