Job Description
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and respectful space for all users. This will involve:
- Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, including deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
- Banning users who repeatedly break our community rules
- Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
Pay Rate and Schedule

Pay Rate:
$12.50 per hour
Pay Cycle:
Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday
Qualifications

Age:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Education:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Previous experience in community management or moderation is highly desirable
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
