Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
- Delivering an exceptional support experience
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English: While this role supports both languages, most calls are in English.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
