Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial accounting and bookkeeping team, you will be responsible for performing complex data entry tasks, analyzing financial data, and providing expert advice to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Perform complex data entry tasks, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and financial analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide expert advice to clients on financial accounting and bookkeeping matters
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement financial models to forecast future financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry standards

Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Experience with financial software, including Fiserv and Essbase
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in SEC or administrative quarterly reporting

• Experience with COSO-based Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessment execution
• Military experience or examination experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
• 1+ year of experience in credit card industry reporting; corporate/business loan products knowledge
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Experience with large 4/provincial public accounting/financial services
• Transitional Essbase/SmartView, high-level Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/pivot tables
• Strong knowledge/experience of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial reports or parts preparation with the ability to interpret/sum up complex information into justifiable, meaningful data and suggestions
• Shown understanding of accounting/detailing/internal control issues
• Ability to decipher and sum up complex information into reasonable, significant data and suggestions
• High-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
