As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Job Responsibilities:
* Provide support to clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of Aetna's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Aetna's products and services a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
- Knowledge of Aetna's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
