Property Accounts Payable Specialist (60278)

The Property Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company's standards are met while delivering excellent customer service and processing invoices accurately.
Responsibilities
- Process committed invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner
- Researches and resolves invoice and payments discrepancies to ensure proper payments are processed within invoice terms
- Assist with reconciling and reviewing vendor statements
- Assists with filing replacement reserves requests on a recurring basis
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or (GED)
- MS EXCEL skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational/multi-tasking skills
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
