We’re seeking a Remote Field Clinical Specialist (LPN) licensed in Wisconsin to join our dedicated team. This position supports multiple Charter Senior Living communities across the state, ensuring consistent quality of care, compliance, and clinical excellence.

Position Summary: Remote Field Clinical Specialist

The Field Clinical Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring quality resident care across multiple communities. This leadership position conducts on-site visits, compliance audits, and clinical assessments, working closely with community teams and executive leadership. You will be the bridge between operations, care teams, and leadership—driving best practices, mentoring clinical staff, and ensuring residents thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and clinical audits to ensure compliance with state regulations, Charter policies, and best practices

  • Provide on-site coaching, mentoring, and training to nursing and caregiving teams

  • Oversee and support community clinical operations, including documentation systems and care delivery

  • Collaborate with community leadership to assess resident needs, appropriate levels of care, and overall service quality

  • Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and monitor implementation for sustained success

  • Partner closely with the VP of Health & Wellness, Regional Directors, and Operations Teams to maintain clinical excellence across all assigned communities

  • Ensure compassionate, person-centered care aligned with Charter Senior Living’s mission

Qualifications

Licensure: Current LPN license in Tennessee, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida or Virginia (Required)Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare management ✅ Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and regulatory compliance knowledge ✅ Personal Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about senior care ✅ Travel: Ability to travel regionally across Wisconsin as needed for community visits
