The Temporary Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing recruiting administration support to Danaher’s Talent Acquisition team in North America.

This temporary position is part of the Danaher Corporate Talent Acquisition team and will be based remotely in the United States.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Follow standard work guidelines to create a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance standards
  • Timely and accurately complete interview schedules, offer letters, and candidate travel requests
  • Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in projects as Subject Matter Expert on TA processes and systems
  • Assist TA Coordinators in other regions when volume peaks or in their absence

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Problem solver who can balance compliance with client and candidate needs

The hourly range for this role is $22-25/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
