Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that align with our organization’s long-term goals. Projects include large-scale strategic initiatives as well as operational projects including recurring or business-driven efforts that still require prioritization, resource management, and successful execution. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, can manage cross-functional teams, and has a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and operational projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Effectively facilitate and lead project team meetings.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project progress and quality.
  • Create and deliver regular status reports, executive summaries, and post-project evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
  • Champion change management efforts tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge management for all strategic projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong self starter with an ability to problem solve on one’s own.
  • Servant leadership style with ability to adapt to various working and communication styles.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with executive visibility.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • This role requires up to 10% travel.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience using ClickUp.
  • Experience in Consulting, Retail, CPG, or Food Service.
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
