Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on their website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries, and driving sales through targeted promotions. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex problems as needed
  • Utilize sales links and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth for our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and live chat technology
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or mobile device with a webcam and microphone
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or live chat roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices

  • Familiarity with live chat software and technology, including platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with sales and marketing principles, including promotions and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer support and marketing
