[Remote] Temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer – MEP
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Legence is a leading provider of engineering, consulting, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical systems in buildings. They are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring efforts across their MEP business, focusing on sourcing candidates for Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles and select corporate positions.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for open MEP roles and related corporate positions
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest
- Share qualified candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process
- Support candidate pipeline building and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and progress
Skills
- Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred
- Strong communication and screening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment
- Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or professional services hiring is a plus
