[Remote] Client Success Account Coordinator - Onboarding

Intrinsic Digital, Inc. is a leader in digital marketing, specializing in services for the multifamily, hospitality, and restaurant industries. They are seeking a Client Success Account Coordinator to lead new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into their services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations
- Contributing to business growth through creating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Analyzing digital campaign success and report on key performance indicators and metrics
- Suggesting improvements and collaborating on digital projects to increase client ROI
- Presenting new strategies to clients
- Staying up to date with digital technology trends
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business
- 1+ year of account management or client success experience
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable reviewing and uploading creatives and ad assets
- Proficient in using HubSpot and managing timelines
- Organized and responsive with a keen attention to detail
- Multifamily industry experience a plus
