About Collabrix Inc.

Collabrix Inc. is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Texas, serving life sciences enterprises globally. Our platform enables seamless collaboration between life sciences companies and their contract manufacturing partners. As a remote-first company with a team based in India, we combine domain expertise, innovation, and technical agility to solve complex business challenges.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, PMP-certified Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation projects for global customers, primarily in the US and Europe.

This role requires a strong background in IT/SaaS project delivery along with a mandatory supply chain background. You will own end-to-end implementation delivery, drive cross-functional coordination, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure successful execution across the project lifecycle.

The role suits someone who is structured, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects, from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, deliverables, and expectations

  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, success criteria, and detailed execution plans

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including product, engineering, QA, and customer-facing functions to ensure smooth delivery

  • Proactively identify risks, track issues, maintain project governance artifacts such as RAID logs, and drive timely resolution of blockers

  • Manage scope changes, shifting priorities, and evolving customer requirements while maintaining delivery quality and timeline discipline

  • Lead regular status updates, reviews, and communication across global time zones, especially with customers in the US and Europe

  • Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, meeting cadences, and implementation governance throughout the project lifecycle

  • Contribute to delivery best practices, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project execution at scale

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in project management

  • PMP certification is mandatory

  • Proven experience managing IT/software/SaaS implementation projects

  • Prior experience working with global customers, especially in the US and/or Europe

  • Supply chain background is mandatory

  • Strong understanding of project planning, execution tracking, stakeholder communication, risk management, and change management

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving company environment

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS delivery, digital transformation, or customer onboarding/go-live projects is preferred

  • Exposure to life sciences, pharma, biotech, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems and implementation methodologies is an advantage

  • Ability to work overlapping hours with US Eastern Time and European business hours is preferred

What We Look For

  • A structured and dependable project leader who can bring clarity to complex implementations

  • A strong communicator who builds trust with customer stakeholders and internal teams

  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates risks and drives resolution with ownership

  • A collaborative professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment

Work Schedule

We follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks, with employees expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month. This helps us support global customers with agility and maintain high delivery standards.

Benefits

Why Join Collabrix?

  • Work on high-impact enterprise SaaS implementations in the life sciences industry

  • Partner with global customers across the US and Europe

  • Be part of a transparent, collaborative, and fast-growing startup environment

  • Work closely with leadership while enjoying remote flexibility and meaningful ownership
