  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on key field indicators such as Move Out Sales (MOS), crop cycles, evolving farmer practices, regional challenges, and emerging opportunities. Deliver accurate, on-the-ground intelligence to inform decision-making and tactical adjustments.
  • Facilitating the flow of critical information related to product use, technical positioning, crop performance, and customer feedback. Serve as a bridge between field operations and commercial teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Execute and oversee end-user and retailer engagement programs, ensuring these initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently across the field. Measure program impact and suggest improvements based on field observations and feedback.
