As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, answering inbound customer calls, and providing personalized solutions to unique situations. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives.

Compensation
* Enjoy a competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.
- Participate in our Pay for Performance incentive program, with monthly payouts to eligible team members.

System Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
- A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).
- A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook is not supported.
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
