Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for our company every single day. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the chance to develop new skills, learn from your colleagues, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Schedule and Availability

We're offering a flexible schedule for this role, with four 10-hour shifts per week. The open times for each of the four days are:

• Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
• Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
• Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
• Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. You'll also be eligible for a quarterly bonus, as well as a range of benefits, including:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Team-oriented and able to work independently to solve unique problems
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or a related field
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
• Certification in customer service or a related field
