Job Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community. You'll also resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

Qualifications
