Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Processing customer policy change requests with ease and efficiency
- Taking premium payments from customers with a smile
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
- Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
- Providing customers with additional information about new products and services to enhance their experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Personal lines P&C license to ensure you're knowledgeable about insurance products and regulations
- An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up to manage multiple customer interactions
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Great customer service skills to deliver a positive experience for every customer
- A driven and goal-oriented individual who is motivated to succeed in the role
- The ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations with poise and professionalism
