About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide great customer service to clients via phone and email

  • Offer accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and English
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data

Requirements:

* Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
