Why You'll Love This Job

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks within Flight Administration, including:

  • Handling telephone requests and performing various duties related to planning airline steward organization obligations in both the Semi-automated Business Exploration Climate (Saber) and Team Movement Global positioning framework (Felines)
  • Ability to understand and explain arrangements and procedures as per the AA/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and communicate with various departments, including airline stewards, different levels of management, and the association addressing airline stewards
  • Ability to report conversation records with accuracy and as soon as possible
  • Providing consistent and clear information to customers and understanding issues presented on the phone and providing solutions according to policy and procedure

Favored Capabilities

* Education and previous professional training

  • Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA
  • Past call center/contact center experience
  • Abilities, Licenses, and Certifications:

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Knowledge in Saber, DECS, and RES + Ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with manager and colleagues + Willing and able to work additional hours to address operational issues + Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
