Medical Representative (MR) – Rhino *Akita, Yamagata Area

Assigned Area: You will primarily work in the Akita, Yamagata area. Your place of residence can be flexibly discussed.

Job Description:

You will play a key role in achieving sales objectives in the Rhino field while embodying Regeneron’s commitment to "putting patients first." By leveraging excellent business acumen and strategic thinking, you will aim to achieve and exceed corporate goals by building trust-based relationships with customers and providing valuable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget and expense management to achieve brand sales targets

  • Development and implementation of annual business plans using market insights

  • Creation of strategic sales plans using key data

  • Execution of various administrative tasks (e.g., expense reports, marketing reports)

  • Compliance with regulations and legal requirements

  • Participation in area meetings and nationwide conferences

  • Completion of training programs and skill development

  • Business travel as needed (including evenings and weekends)

  • Safe driving for business operations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in IT and digital tools

  • Experience in joint promotions with alliance companies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the Rhino field or sales experience with biologics

  • Clinical knowledge of competing brands or therapeutic areas

  • Network with key opinion leaders in the Rhino field

  • English proficiency is a plus

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)

  • Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • MR certification and a valid driver’s license
