Remote · USA Full-time New today

Job Description: Pricing & Packaging Rollout Lead (Contractor)

The Pricing & Packaging Rollout Manager(contractor) is responsible for driving adoption and ensuring a high-quality rollout of our new pricing and packaging initiative. Embedded within Product Operations, this role partners closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, Support, Finance, and Marketing to keep execution on track, surface risks early, and translate field/customer signals into clear, data-driven recommendations. The lead owns rollout health reporting (dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadence) and serves as the central hub for voice-of-customer intake, triage, and closed-loop communication.

Expected Duties

  • Accountable for end-to-end rollout health, including systems implementation teams, go to market tracking, and program adjustment

  • Track phased implementation plan and validate progress against those goals.

  • Consolidate “voice of customer” signals by systematically gathering and categorizing sales feedback, support tickets, NPS/comments, usage data and revenue impacts, then highlight true patterns vs noise. Represent findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

  • Provide recommendations that quantify impact (segment, frequency, revenue), propose tradeoffs, and partner with cross-functional leads to adjust pricing design, GTM messaging, or sales approaches as needed.

  • Maintain a living “decision and learnings log” to ensure continuity after handoff and close the loop by communicating resolutions and updates back to field teams.

Program Management Responsibilities

· Pilot & migration tracking: Implement key rollout metrics and build dashboards/trackers to monitor them.

· Rollout governance: Lead a regular standup (metrics, insights, actions) with program leads; produce a concise pack highlighting performance, issues, risks and decisions.

· Feedback intake & triage: Manage a centralized feedback repository and ensure timely processing (triage SLA), and routing of issues to owners.

· Prioritized action backlog: Maintain a prioritized action backlog of rollout issues and improvement ideas (messaging changes, training needs, design changes, etc.), prioritized by business impact with owners assigned.

· Keep program goals front of mind for the team and ensure program trajectory remains aligned.

Required Qualifications — Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant program, product management, or product operations experience.

· Analytical mindset: Strong data skills; able to design dashboards and derive insights from both quantitative metrics and qualitative inputs.

· Voice-of-customer synthesis: Skilled at running feedback loops, triaging incoming feedback, identifying patterns, and balancing anecdote vs. data with empathy.

· Strong communication & stakeholder management: Proven ability to align teams without direct authority, keeping cross-functional leads accountable and translating between product, GTM, and systems teams.

· Adaptability: Role spans product and program skills; requires a hybrid “analytics + persuasion” mindset and comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Preferred

· Pricing/project launch expertise: Experience with SaaS pricing rollouts in B2B environments; familiarity with value metrics, discounting, and packaging strategies is a strong plus
